Shipping Info: We will ship your album within two days after receiving your order.

As we ship them from The Netherlands it will take a few extra days or weeks before it actually arrives in your mailbox:

deliveries in The Netherlands usually take one day to deliver
deliveries in the rest of the European Union take one or two weeks
deliveries in Europe, outside the European Union: two or three weeks
deliveries in US, Canada: two weeks to a month
deliveries in parts of the world not mentioned above: sometimes two weeks, sometimes two months
Return Policy: After you received your record you still have 14 days for second thoughts. If you decide to send it back, let us know by e-mail to: info@hissandhertz.com. Be sure to mention your name, the order number and accountnumber of your bank. After you sent the mail you have another 14 days to have the package successfully returned to:

Please make sure that your name and order number are clearly visible on or inside the package.
After we received the package in good condition we will refund you the money within 14 days (make sure you didn’t remove the shrinkwrap on Floaty Things!).
The costs for returning the package at your own expense.
